SPAh Day - supporting parents at home A safe space for families or small groups of parents/carers and their children to gain knowledge and learning through play.

Menopause is not a woman's issue. If you want to have some awareness and understanding then this workshop is for you and your friends. Ask your curious questions in a safe space set up with you in mind. You will not be the expert in another's journey but you will leave with a greater sense of empathy and suggestions of how to support the person whether partner, colleague, sister, daughter or other.

First Aid for Menopause is an 8 hour course run over four weeks. All are welcome to attend to give you the confidence to speak with your health provider or holistic therapist. Moreso, the course will show you that you are not alone and that others are willing to sit with you and allow your voice, experiences and feelings to be heard.
